To find a career in the Human Resources Management field with a progressive firm where I can utilize my education and work experience.
My professional philosophy in the field of Human Resources Management is following a company's policies and being held to their ethical standards to the highest level. I have always been a firm believer of having guidelines and following them. I hold myself accountable for my actions and abide by the highest standards possible. The Human Resources department is an integral part of any business. It is the foundation upon which a company can build its success on.
I believe I can achieve this philosophy by always leading by example and putting forth the best effort possible. I demonstrate this through working alongside them and encouraging them to always do their best. I feel that respect and communication are two important essentials of leadership.
By pursuing higher education, it allows a person to grow and to learn to think for themselves. The education I receive will help me to continue on my professional path for a successful future.
Setting goals both personal and professional is also something I believe in. I apply these factors to my life and realize anything is attainable if you set your mind to it. Live life to the fullest and enjoy what you are doing, while carrying the utmost respect for yourself along the way.
