Forecast and compile revenue budget for seven(7) Citi branches concerning the Citibank at Work program with retail regional manager. Promote and grow new program to local and national small and middle market businesses ($5M-$75M) thru presence and education at the workplace.


Train and develop all branch personnel.Oversaw and coached personnel conduct client presentations.Developed all Bank product cross-sell opportunities.


Portfolio grew to approximately $225M for the product’s deposit relationships.Quality of growth was at the highest level in FL for 4(four) consecutive years (180%). Measured average balances were around $25K in checking.

Each August we would analyze and compile forecast goals for the area in Palm Beach County.Quarterly checkpoints/MIS was installed. Monthly, quarterly and ytd MIS was implemented.Branch interaction and regular meetings were installed.

Provide exceptional client services as a Premier Client Manager for Bank of America.Consult and advise high net worth clients on investments, deposit growth, trusts, lending....all banking products to better manage their overall net worth.


To meet and discuss the client’s overall plan regarding their banking expectations, investment risk and diversification, consumer or business lending, trusts, and immediate liquidity needs.


Improved my managed book of $100M an additional $15M, to approximately $115M. This was done within a five (5) month time period. Installed trust and credibility.



Drive new Citibank at Work program to consumer branch network obtaining all roll out goals and anticipated annual growth within targeted marketplace. Engage all branch personnel to achieve individual goals and specific branch volume targets.


Compiled specific branch volume/dollar targets. Also compiled individual goals for indirect reports (product Champions). Schedule external companies for an educational on site to drive in the needed numbers.


Branches were making company presentations tomiddle management and their employees at least three (3) times per week. Goals were exceeded by approximately 185% in volumes, 120% in dollars, 75% over goal in new company relationships, and 130% over goal in cross-selling bank products.



Organized a large infomercial for approximately twenty (20) middle market companies to discuss the Citibank at Work program, Smith Barney Investments, Small Business Services.


Hugh partnership interaction with Citi employees from other lines of business. Invitations to bring exiting clients and new prospects.New and existing targeted companies throughout Palm Beach County. Large focus on Healthcare.


Over two hundred (200) decision makers and representatives at local hotel. Closed approximately forty-five (45) consumerrelationships, five (5) investment relationships, and approximately twenty (20) business relationships. An additional seven (7) relationships resulted within forty-five (45) days.



With Citibank Ibrought on board... our national accountrelationship with Tenet Healthcare.Fifteen hospitals in FL and approximately another one-hundredfour (104) throughout the country. Oversaw objective to incorporate our website to every Tenet employee’s desktop.

Exceeding area / territory goals for tracking MIS. Volumes, dollar amounts, quality, and cross selling were measurement indicators that were for many years exceeded above 100%. #1 in Florida for four(4) consecutive years.
