Senior Manager, Marketing Research

Conduct in-depth quantitative and qualitative research and provide internal and external data in support of marketing and program strategy and legal substantiation on such topics as educational issues, domestic and international educational measures; economic indicators; labor projections; industry issues and trends in education, health care, business, nursing, criminal justice, and technology.
Provide strategic research insights to Brand Strategy team to inform decision-making; support the marketing team with custom secondary research including labor market trends, market share analyses, and competitive data.
Execute research and substantiation processes compliant with Standard Operating Procedure; substantiate all internal and external data used in marketing materials before they are sent to legal team.
Manage contracts and work flow with external research agencies, manage contractor and intern workloads.
Collaborate with external and internal reporting departments to determine best method of presenting research and facts.
