I am an Agile Expert with a strong knowledge of Scrum, Kanban and XP. I`ve been working on pre-sales with a sales team along side my main responsibilities. My background, while extensive, isn't traditional. I`ve started as a sales - account manager during my student years. I`ve been studying UI/UX design which helped me a lot to understand customers needs and to visualize some of my own ideas. I have a fluent English (scored 85 points at the TOEFL test).

For the past five years, I have been working as a project manager at various companies, I've executed more then 10 incredible projects and created various teams that still work together as one. With a tremendous amount of success in all aspects of project management, from detailed budget analyses, performance reviews, and overseeing and approving resource allocation, to coordinating directly with clients on behalf of the company. My success at Softserve has been recognized on a number of occasion and has been shown to Google.  Few of the engineers that inspire me are Martin Fowler and Chris MacConnell.

My passion for product management and design helped me to build and guide various outstanding products. I'm not the PM who just wants to track progress on burn down charts. I'm the PM who actually wants to create, lead and build great products. This is what I do best and love most. Read more about me.
