Dorinda Rolle is president of Rolle and Associates, a management consulting and training firm offering services to nonprofit organizations and businesses in the areas of strategic planning, board development, corporate training, group facilitation, research and special projects.She is also a partner in the executive placement firm, Transition Management Solutions, LLC.

Dorinda has held positions with various organizations in the academic, business, government and nonprofit arenas.She is a visiting professor in the Nonprofit Management Program with the University of Texas at San Antonio and has been an adjunct instructor of undergraduate business courses; and conducts seminars on business and nonprofit management topics.

In addition to consulting and training, she is a motivational speaker to business and nonprofit organizations; women’s groups; and university classes.She inspires her audiences to set high goals and to reach for excellence.Dorinda is a skilled group facilitator, known for her ability to help leaders synthesize visions and goals for their organizations.In addition, she is a graduate of several leadership programs and is a graduate of the 2008 Class of Leadership Texas.

She is president of the San Antonio Association for Organizational Development and a past president of the San Antonio Chapter of the American Society for Training and Development.Dorinda has served on the boards of Texas Mental Health Consumers, Rotary Club of San Antonio, New Life Business Alliance, Empowerment Seminars, In Loving Memory Foundation, the S.A. Branch of the American Association of University Women, San Antonio Inc., Brighton School and the Achievers School.Dorinda was also appointed to serve on the Small Business and Economic Development Advocacy Board for the City of San Antonio.She holds memberships with various professional and civic associations and volunteers her time and skills in a diverse range of interests.

Her clients include the United States Air Force Band, the Nonprofit Resource Center of Texas, Goodwill Industries, the City of San Antonio, the University of Texas at San Antonio, AT&T, H-E-B Grocery Co., CPS Energy and several small and mid-sized organizations.Dorinda holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in management from Webster University in St. Louis, Missouri and is a Ph.D. candidate in Organizational Leadership at the University of the Incarnate Word in San Antonio, Texas where her doctoral research focuses on leadership development.
