Connecting with students to personalize their education using online curriculum and a variety of differentiated resources.  Collaborating with teammates to provide a positive educational experience for one hundred and sixty fifth and sixth grade math students.

Led the Olentangy Schools district-wide curriculum mapping for science and math.  Organized and coordinated the district spelling bee and Invention Convention.  Facilitated and led new teacher orientation.  Planned and implemented focused professional development for Olentangy teachers.

Lead instructor for grades one, two and seven in three highly successful traditional public school districts.  Designed and implemented curriculum.  Engaged students and families with successful communication strategies.  Personalized education to ensure that every student made more than a year's growth academically and socially.
