Regional Key User / Sales Operation Support Specialist (EEMEA region)

• Sales related task end to end management, between the sales team, pricing department, and various internal systems and external partners.
• To create sales related statistics, price quotations/ request, and other reports.
• Support sales users with “how to” questions and “it’s not working” issues
• Troubleshoot problems, diagnose issues and identify bugs and defects
• Create Cases or Tickets on behalf of a user or assist the user in creating a Case or Ticket
• Work with the WW Support teams to resolve system issues and provide initial response to the user or customer (within the agreed response times)
• Participate and assist in activities to drive user adoption of various sales related systems
• Solicit feedback from the sales teams, gather and submit new Sales requirements for continuous improvements
• Provide proactive communication to country management and sales teams about new Sales / system functionality, changes and known issues
• Close the loop with users by communicating back to them the decisions or actions made upon their requests
