  • Solder pins, LED's, cathodes, varistors, polyswitches, transistors, and cables to pc boards.
  • Apply the proper housings to units.
  • Testing of units.
  • Package unitsĀ , and box.

  • Fill fixtures with appropriate parts for run(caps, bases, screens)
  • Verify ALL screens were correct size.
  • Mix epoxy(EPO-TEK353ND), fill syringes w/ epoxy and attach to machines, center, and make sure they run in correct computerized program.
  • Make sure needles disperse epoxy without ANY voids, or defects.
  • Center ALL screens on caps and bases of microphones(micro) through use of microscope and loops.
  • Visually inspect 100% under microscope .
  • Oven cure for half- hour and inspect 100%, again.
  • Nybarring of screens, brush and break out pc boards, tinning of boards, TCR boards (ohms)
