As a CSR I was responsible for answering inbound calls and directing them to the correct departments.

As a team lead I was responsible for 12 agents with whom I coached and counseled on installation of AOL. As a Account Manager I was responsible for 6 supervisors and 180 agents, on projects such as Wingspan Internet Banking, Sony, GTE and Qwest making sure we maintained our quote on outbound calls and inbound calls.

I was in charge of doing the daily reports in excel and making sure that all the reports were accurately communicated to the director and Customers Daily.
