Background Information

A seasoned career strategist and executive career coach, Donna Beestman founded Career Success Strategies in 2005.  Donna has worked for regional and international Career Management firms as a Career and Executive Coach, General Manager, Business Developer and International Liaison. On the East Coast she was Senior Vice President & Managing Director for a major human resources consulting firm with over 20 offices. The firms provided career management services, assessment, leadership and executive team development, and executive coaching to Fortune 100 companies as well as to smaller organizations. Donna earned an MA from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and BA from Macalester College in Minnesota. Professional & Community Leadership:
