Storage Account Manager
I have a Bachelor degree in Economics and am currently working as Storage Account Manager at Oracle, based in Malaga. I am Italian mother tongue and I speak fluent English and Spanish. During these years, I have learnt how to perform efficiently in a multinational environment and gained a good level of experience by handling important accounts in both SMB and Enterprise Italian market. For many years I have been selling HW solutions in IBM, Erp solutions in SAP, Saas CRM and Storage solutions in Oracle, based in Spain.
I am managing Large and SMB Accounts, working very close with Business Partners in order to identify, manage and close sales opportunities.
Responsible for selling CRM On Demand solutions in the Italian territory
Taking total ownership of the prospect and customers, from the creation of sales opportunities through to a profitable closure of the sale
Managing installed based accounts and acquiring new prospects through Marketing and Sales activities on specific sectors of market
Working closely with outside sales and Partners in order to manage and close opportunities of Enterprise customers
Planning and organizing activities, Web demos, Partners events and coaching, marketing campaigns, business development activities, company website updates
Frequent travels to Italy to meet Customers, Partners and Sales Representatives
Weekly and monthly sales forecasts; discussing activities, opportunities and issues with Emea sales director weekly
Internal communication about all sales activities with different departments within the company
Responsible for selling Enterasys Hw & SW solutions in the Italian Enterprise Market Leads and opportunities management Daily contacts and collaboration with the field sales Representative and business Partners in order to identify, qualify, purse and close sales opportunities Managing inbound and outbound calls, building and managing the customer relationship of new and existing clients to achieve or exceed sales targets Planning and organizing activities, web demo, presentations and campaigns Managing the pipeline of opportunities, as well as monthly and quarterly sales forecasts
•Responsible for selling SAP ERP solutions in the Italian SMB Market •Leads and opportunities management in Retail, Wholesales and Fashion Markets •Daily support and collaboration with field sales Representatives and Business Partners in order to identify, qualify, purse and close sales opportunities •Building and managing the customer relationship of new and existing clients to achieve or exceed sales targets •Planning and organizing activities, presentations and campaigns, in collaboration with Business Partners, managing inbound and outbound calls •Providing after sales customer service in order to increase customer satisfaction •Managing the pipeline of opportunities, as well as managing monthly and quarterly sales forecasts
Migration of the Benelux, UK and French activities from Dublin to Rome Liaising with accounting, service center and finance team in Hammersmith and Brussels Control Book process, Daily Reconciliation and GL activities Dealing with daily exchange rates, accounts payable and receivable on the PARS system Daily capture and verification of charges payable and receivable in the inter-franchise system Settling of all payables and receivables through the worldwide netting system for Diners Club franchises
