I would like to apply for the advertised position of Recruitment Consultant as advertised in the Republikein of Thursday, 02 March 2017.

I would like to make a career shift into Human Resource Management.  I am currently studying toward a Diploma in Human Resource Management,  planning on completing my second academic year by the end of  2017. 

I have come to love working with people and building long-term relationships, and would be thrilled to have the opportunity to work in the Human Resources industry and assist your good company as a Recruitment Consultant . 

Good interpersonal skills allow me to effectively communicate with a wide variety of people, work well in a team and solve problems quickly. My English and Afrikaans is on a professional proficiency level, and I can speak German on a bilingual level. 

My best value proposition is that I am a hard worker who brings enthusiasm and professionalism to any team I am part of. I believe I am a positive person who is mature, dynamic and can cope well when the going gets tough.

I have four and a half years experience in the property industry with another year and a half in a purely customer orientated position at Property Valuations Namibia, working with people from all walks of life.  I believe this can only benefit your team. The last year at No 1 Estates I have also provided training, development and guidance to the new agents who joined our team. I am proficient in MS Office applications and have my own transport.
