       *Work collaboratively with team to ensure all customer needs are met         and restaurant standards of service are maintained 
     *Responsible for learning all procedures created by the management            team, mastering them and being able to easily show and explain to               new hires, some with minimal to no experience in hospitality.
     *Answer any and all questions guests had about the location, menu,              service issues, compliments and/or complaints to ensure total                        satisfaction for all guests.
     * Fulfilled floor manager position Mon-Thur day shifts, and Friday,                   Saturday night shifts, while still serving on the floor.  (5-7 table                         section, 22 cover avrg, per turn.)

     *Consistently carried out  restaurant protocols, steps of service, quality        standards, rules and regulations for a smooth experience and                          fulfillment of expectations for any and all guests.
     *Explained menu items, and nightly specials to all guests, while                        up selling them on drink pairings, dessert, any and all inventory we              were instructed to push. 
     *Monitored tables and visited at appropriate times to handle requests,          deliver items, and fill drinks.
     *Developed a sense of interpreting guests wants and needs in relation          to my abilities and meeting them with a smile. Nothing was ever a                hassle or problem when it came to requests, though some may be                un-achievable.
