P&L responsibility for a $110M multi plant clay brick manufacturer with a total staffing level of 290 employees (unionized and non union). Managed a $60M operating budget and responsible for operations, HR, finance, mining, safety, quality and engineering. Coordinated strategic vision, provided organizational clarity, engaged/recognized employees and measured performance. Institutionalize continuous improvement and adopt Lean/Sigma methodologies through engaged leadership and empowered employees.
