  1. Perform hands-on fixes at the desktop level and troubleshoot end user workstation including installing and upgrading software, installing hardware , implementing file backups and configuring systems and application.
  2. Monitor, maintain Office servers (File backup , File recovery and access permission), printers, network (Lan,Wan), and other IT equipments, and report IT equipment Inventory.
  3. Monitor, maintain Data Center servers and ensure everything runs well.
