Department Manager (People and Service)
- Business planning:
+ Directly work with Restaurant Manager to make monthly and quarterly plan for department (training need analysis, hiring need analysis, people development plan, ect)
+ Develop target and performance objectives (labour cost, turn-over rate, GCPCH, scheduling effeciency, ect)
+ Track and monitor progress on business target monthly
- Create and maintain dynamic working environment:
+ Coach and leverage talent (shift managers, Crew Trainers, Crew)
+ Develop training system effectively to increase crew productivity and uphold exceptional restaurant standard.
+ Proactively take initiative to find out system opportunities and take actions to indentify the root cause to solve the system issues.
