Senior leadership role responsible for eLearning and alternative course delivery formats within the Educational Technology Division.Duties include planning, management and strategy of instructional design, curricular and course development, faculty support and training as well as virtual student services for SCAD locations in Hong Kong, Lacoste, Atlanta, Savannah and the eLearning campus.Works collaboratively admission and marketing on program recruitment and promotion as well as with non-credit units and academic departments to provide faculty training for blended learning and development of programs for online delivery in support of established performance matrices and key institutional strategic objectives.

Worked collaboratively with academic departments to develop programs for online delivery in support of established performance matrixes and strategic objectives.

Senior academic leadership role, contributed to the academic and institutional integrity of the College through policy management and coordination of academic programs and curriculum development as well key architect for planning and development of an online campus. Provided oversight and was responsible for ensuring high quality and effective academic support services and faculty development. Reported to the vice-president for academic services and supervised the dean of graduate studies, the coordinator of academic advising, the office of the registrar, off-campus programs, library services, and the office of instructional design.

Developed school-wide blended learning initiative and good practice use of technologies in support of strategic adoption of course management system usage at the departmental level.Established and maintained organizational structure and directed curriculum development for the departmental areas of the school of fine arts.
