Principle Programmer Analyst

Principle Programmer Analyst, Broomfield, Colorado I currently work in a project based team that consists of developers and analysts. My team is responsible for the acquisition and transition of enterprise customers. We provide B2B partner integration and application integration across the organization. I am responsible for writing VB modules to parse delimited data files and generate customer invoices. Additionally I am responsible for on boarding new customers and transitioning older customers to the Staples platform. I designed and deployed a solutions tracking database to provide a central knowledge management system for quick resolutions to common issues. I conduct WebEx meetings and conference calls to obtain specifications from customers and provide technical information regarding system limitations. I set up mapping based on various XML and proprietary data exchange specifications. The maps are then created, tested and deployed bringing the customer onto the staples platform.

It Support Analyst

IT Support Analyst, Broomfield, Colorado I was responsible for the resolution of technical issues via phone, email and chat. I received contact from Customers, ticketed the issue, performed triage, and troubleshot all defects relating to the applications owned by my group. My most recent project was the creation and maintenance of a database to facilitate off shoring of application password resets using the Citrix platform as a deployment vehicle. This involved interfacing with SOX auditors and Citrix engineers in addition to operations and system administrators. This database was sent off shored and is still in use today.

Credit Card Resolution
Aurora Colorado I recovered, on average, $2500 per day in lost revenue and missed sales due to misapplied credit cards and failed transactions. I was responsible for the daily resolution of credit and billing issues for corporate customers as well as courtesy calls and collection calls. During my time on the desk I produced presentations and statistics for field sales operations. I worked to adapt database and statistical solutions to peers and supervisors specific needs and spent time assisting with training new hires, both in the classroom and on the job.

Tech Support/Installer, Denver Colorado Originally I worked technical support for residential and business customers with internet connection or computer issues. Within two years I was promoted to installer. I Installed and supported Canopy wireless POE equipment and software both in the field and in house. This included the installation of Motorola Canopy antenna, the Ethernet cable run and any necessary computer installations. I performed install and repair for corporate customers including MDUs and office clusters. This included the installation of Ethernet and any switching and/or router installation. I was responsible for company tools and purchase card spending used for gasoline and vehicle maintenance. I worked with many corporate entities and maintained relationships with Qwest, TUCOWS and CEBEYOND.
