Sr. Business Development Executive

- Work with and develop the current prospect database within specified business sectors to generate effective leads for the business.
- Develop a sales contact plan to include cold-calling, direct marketing, and attending industry events to build relationships with key prospects.
- Effectively communicates and presents the value proposition to all executive levels of an organization & Understand a prospect's business needs and demonstrate right product & send marketing proposal using all relevant Oracle products and solutions, drawing on expert internal resource as required.
- Leads negotiations, coordinates complex decision-making process, and overcomes objections to capture new business opportunities.
- Delivering weekly, monthly, quarterly sales reports to top management.
- Provide market intelligence to top management for developing marketing & sales strategies.
- Work closely with colleagues to identify common new business prospects.
- Performs other duties as assigned by CMO Axis.
