Notable Accomplishments: • As People Forum chair -assisted various levels of employees with the design and implementation of DB first innovation programme. This internal venture fostered, incubated, provide financial support of employee generated ideas , in order to improve and increase productivity in various areas within operations –which would result in increase client satisfaction, increase business revenue and employee work satisfaction. • Successfully interviewed and set-up headcount operations team in Bangalore, India as apart of the bank off-shoring strategy to reduce location spend, provide follow the sun service strategy and right size high cost primary location. • Developed retention strategy which was used as a global model • Reduced outstanding and aged confirmation from 16k to less than 3k across all products.
