My job is to partners with business unit and cross-functional leaders to identify opportunities, threats, and disruptive business models and devise responsive / mitigating and proactive plans given these threats. To build a framework for developing strategies within the business units that can be replicated and sparks innovative thinking and acts as a thought partner to business unit heads and teams when devising strategies.

1. Lead ongoing cross-functional effort to define/develop and enhance corporate strategic direction and corporate prioritization
a. Facilitate the strategic planning process to establish company goals, define key strategies, & launch strategic initiatives

I was in charge of overall E-business implementation for the north part of America. Starting from customer omni channel journeys, business processes, development of necessary infrastructure to support E-commerce, establishing support departments and developing a needed teams. Part of my duties included monitoring and achieving departmental profit and loss targets and business objectives.
