I worked with a team of experienced Java developers on a project that used Java Struts with Tiles framework and Oracle Toplink as the ORM tool. I joined the team as a fresh graduate and it was a rewarding experience to work closely with experienced developers and learn from them. I was appreciated for being a fast learner and fixing bugs fast, to the satisfaction of our clients. My analytic skills in analyzing and identifying issues was well appreciated by the team.

I then moved to a project that  used a propriety Java Framework similar to Struts. In this team, I served as a developer and stepped in as a tester when need arose. I found critical bugs in the production system. I also helped the team fix other bugs that I identified and implemented client change requests.

I finally worked as a Crystal Reports X developer. During this time, I developed procedures in Sybase and co-ordinated communications with our international team. I stepped in when critical resources left and supported the team. I helped new resources with the project and was well appreciated by my team for shouldering responsibilites.
