Marketing Communication Analyst
1) Extract, aggregate and summarize customer and product data to develop business models and analysis that result in actionable next steps.
2) Plan and execute email, phone marketing campaigns, special event booth campaigns.
3) Provide necessary support to gather/analyze data while running marketing campaigns, understand how competitors are marketing themselves and provide suggestions.
4) Grow new leads, including marketing-qualified leads, by converting site traffic through calls-to-action, landing pages, and lead generation content (including offers).
5) Optimize our marketing automation and lead nurturing processes through email, content, and social channels.
6) Establish closed-loop analytics with sales to understand how our inbound marketing activity turns into customers, and continually refine our process to convert customers.
