The M.A. in Educational Technology program at Central Michigan University provided me with learning experiences that enhanced leadership and instruction by utilizing new learning technologies, including multimedia, telecommunications, distance learning, etc. These learning experiences improved my ability to effectively facilitate learning using technologies and understanding the impacts of technology on learners. The skills I learned in this program helped improve instruction for students by creating, using, and managing appropriate technological processes and resources.

My educational experience focused on diagnosing learning disabilities and creating plans to meet the special needs of each student. I have minors in Chemistry and Biology and endorsements in Learning Disabilities and Emotional Impairments.

This major provided me with an introduction to the study of sciences. The learning experience explored the anatomy, physiology, microbiology, chemistry, etc. I  developed an understanding of biological and chemical systems of the human body.
