*Evaluating work processes and flows in Marketing Department and implementation of a new Decision Support System (DSS) that is technically based on the DSS of MIGROS Turk with all the underlysing processes rewritten for local practices. Acting as a project manager with IT teams from Turkey and Russia and supervising the work flow collection process, consolidating and customizing them for application into DSS.
*Implementation of a regular price check system to answer for the growing price awareness in Russian retail market and support the ongoing brand re-imaging campaing. Directing a Russian team of 3 in the field for price collection and 1 in the office for information consolidation and regular reporting.
*Inventorization of "valuable spaces" in stores and implementation of a Valuable Space Management System. Acting as a project manager with participants of managerial level from Marketing and Sales departments. Visible POS improvements in magazines and an acclaimed %1,4 increase in profitability in Q3 and Q4 of 2007.
*Supporting the Marketing department by creating detailed sales and profitability analysis reports to select the optimum product portfolio for each marketing division and each store (64 stores across the Russian Federation in 2007) in particular.
