Summary

"Transformational catalyst for leadership development and empowerment"

My career path enabled me to build a broad experience in International Business, Leadership, Supply Chain Management, and Consulting Services. In addition to a deep application in directing global teams, client & supplier relationships, and multi-cultural understanding. This combined with world-class leadership training and a graduate degree in Business Administration give me a strong foundation to succeed. In my current job I hold a dual role; on the organization chart I manage a department that supports the global sourcing for external IBM clients. And my second role focuses on developing and coaching future leadership talent across the globe, which aligns with IBM’s globalization strategy. I travel internationally and conduct training on Leadership Competencies and Relationship Building. I am thrilled to be a catalyst for empowerment by utilizing my skills to inspire the next generation of leaders.
