What Drives Me

pas⋅sion  -  a strong or extravagant fondness, enthusiasm, or desire for anything

Successful businesses I have worked with are passionate about their product, service, or cause. They have developed a culture driven by individuals consumed with making their product or service the market leader.  I call this passion with purpose – what I bring to each and every opportunity.

ex·e·cu·tion - the act or mode or result of performance

Disciplines like strategy, leadership development, and innovation are understood aspects of any successful business.  What we don’t often hear or discuss is the idea of execution – actually getting things done.  This never seems quite as glamorous as the other topics.  However, the ability of any organization to execute is often the ultimate difference between itself and its competitor.

With more than twenty years of professional experience that includes positions as Chief Operating Officer, Vice President, Program Manager and Consultant, I not only understand what execution is about, but have used this knowledge in establishing successful new business ventures, turning around failing operations and creating sustainable profitability and growth for numerous public and private businesses.

My objective in any opportunity is to assist organizations in understanding the power of purposeful passion and strategic execution that creates sustainable excellence.  This is accomplished through the application of technical knowledge, operational expertise, creativity, excellent people skills, strong work ethic, and proven leadership.
