A highly committed student of the MSc in Human Resource Management delivered by Nottingham Business School with early experience in a business consultancy HR department where I learnt to prioritise and be dynamic to perform my diverse tasks. Applied Consultancy Project in St. John Ambulance: Along with a group of students, I had the opportunity of helping SJA to apply effective change management policies. After liaising with unit managers we mixed their insights with the change management literature in order to make actionable recommendations about how to manage changes effectively in the future.

The normal duration of a Bachelor´s Degree in Spain is of 4 years. I finished it with an average score of 7.03/10, what stands for upper second class honours (2:1).


  • Perseverance and motivation: my purpose is excelling in what I do. In challenging situations I completely strive to improve my performance. If I face some setbacks, I always maintain a can do attitude. I like challenges and I came to England from abroad to experience new ones.
  • Supporting and cooperating: I have predisposition to empathise with others needs, support them and cooperate rather than compete. During my Master´s I have given support to classmates when they felt stuck on their assignments. 
  • Organisation: I am able to plan and manage work and time effectively. During my working period at Management Solutions I had different areas to attend (recruitment, incomers´ paperwork, on boarding processes), hence I got used to planning ahead and prioritise.
