  • Leads the Internal Quality Audit Program for the GIS division; the scope includes the workforce of around 13.000 resources on Data Center, Platform, Service Management and Workplace areas, and as well internal services and critical Infrastructure Projects Deployments.
  • Formulation of Company strategy on Infrastructure Quality Assurance, in alignment with the Global Operating Model in place, transforming the Company Assurance Program from a regional and country based approach to a global one.
  • Build and leads an International Audit Team, identifying best practices, business risks and compliance issues on Projects & Services through internal audits and controls, and use the findings to guarantee the delivery.

Country Manager

World Sourcing Competency(WSC) Division

WSC Spanish Division || 813 resources, 12 direct reports and 35 middle managers || reporting directly to CSC Spain Country Manager 

  • Led and owns full responsibility over the Human Resources Processes and Competencies (recruitment, training, performance review, compensation and benefits, etc.) for the WSC division in Spain.
  • Oversaw the WSC Operations on CSC Spain, ensuring internal compliance to defined processes, as well as Legal and Ethical Code of Conduct compliance.
  • Drove the demand management process, gathering present and future opportunities and human resources needs from relevant stakeholders and aligned workforce to them. Included a growth from 705 resources to a maximum peak of 813 over 12 months.

Managed Support Services (MSS) Division

MSS Spanish Division || 34 million € || reporting directly to the CSC MSS Spanish Director, to the CSC Spain Country Manager, and to the Regional South & West Leadership

  • Direct the operations of the MSS division in Spain, dedicated to the Outsourcing contracts (Applications and Infrastructure) for our global clients within the country, and those offshoring services provided from the Asturias Delivery Centre.
  • Budget ownership: forecasting and controlling of the division P&L country budget with a 7% growth over the previous year, reaching the 34 million € mark and assuring the internal required financial targets are met.
  • Oversaw the Delivery of the MSS Outsourcing contracts for and from Spain, interfacing with Account and Client Management Leadership at highest level.
  • Escalation POC for every delivery issue for the Outsourcing Services & Projects, defining and implementing an early mitigation plan to avoid any final client impact, and improving customer satisfaction.
  • Led and coordinated the transition of services to/from CSC within the country for new logo (Alstom, Arcerlor Mittal) and exiting clients (Renault), while guaranteeing the delivery. This includes the creation of a new Service Desk in Asturias of 60 resources in 3 languages (Spanish, French, and English).

  • Coordinated and managed the ISO 9001 and ISO 20.000 CSC Global Certificates, transforming from a country by country approach to a real global program to reduce overhead management, costs savings and a single best-practice deployment.
  • Global Quality, ISO and Management SME and Consultant, providing support and oversee the CSC countries included on the Global Certification Program, and mentoring and coaching those while they join and achieve these credentials.
  • POC and vendor manager of the Global CSC External Supplier (Lloyd’s – LRQA), enabling a single global contract approach for every certification within CSC, achieving a better vendor management approach and the cost savings related.

  • Led and coordinated the activities related to achieve and maintain the Quality Certifications ISO 9001 and ISO 20.000 on the WSS Delivery Centers worldwide: Asturias (Spain), Santiago (Chile), Blythewood (US), Montreal (Canada), Vilnius (Lithuania) and Prague (Check Republic).
  • 2009 President's Awards - CSC South & West Recognition, individual award achieved due to the role played.
  • Quality Consultant, ITIL and ISO SME, defining the best approach to fulfil the standard requirements and get the most efficient use of the resources, according to the specifics Projects & Services of each Delivery Center.

      Defined, implemented and led the transition to a multi-provider Service Management Office, from a single provider approach, while achieving the cost reductions aimed by the client (15%). 35 resources with a budget of 7,5 million € for 4 years contract.

  • SENIOR CONSULTANT, Application Management Services - Asturias Public Government (Jan 2008 – July 2008)

      Consultant on transition from a single provider into a multi-provider solution for Application Maintenance Services. Created an Application Maintenance Office to oversee the delivery. 9 resources, with a budget of 1 million € 2 years contract

  • TRANSITION MANAGER, Asturias Offshoring Services - Zurich (Aug 2008 – Dec 2008)

      Coordinated the migration of the workplace services for our Zurich client from different locations and providers to the CSC Asturias Delivery Centre while guaranteeing the delivery to the client. Responsibilities include recruitment, logistics, facilities, team management, negotiation, etc.

  • SERVICE DELIVERY MANAGER, SE DuPont – eLogistics (Jun 2007 – Feb 2009)

      Led a team of 12 resources who provides end-to-end support to the Logistics Applications for DuPont EMEA, and vendor management responsibilities over third parties involved. Overall budget 1,2 € million per year.
