In a similar position with Nextel Communications, Dick Cichanowicz played a critical role in the transfiguration of the company’s procedures and policies for the Accounting, Finance, Supply Chain, and Human Resources departments. His efforts produced a $100-million corporate makeover and upgraded the inaugural business case net present value (NVP) from $112 million to $240 million.
