About Me

As an accomplished manager with 14 years of experience in retail banking I developed skills and a love for working with many types of people. Networking has been an integral part of my success in business development. I enjoy working in a fast paced environment, combining knowledge of budgeting and operations with strategic planning and skillful relationship building. I successfully built and integrated branches into new markets by networking with business and community leaders and participating in community events. I became a "walking billboard" for our organization and a known resource for referrals in the community.  I have been successful at selecting, developing and motivating successful teams. I love public speaking and sharing ideas with business and community leaders and helping to contribute to lasting collaborative relationships.

Service on Board of Directors and Committees has afforded me the event coordinating, committee management and project management skills necessary to be a director of a networking organization.
