Oversaw opening of hotel in 2012. Working directly with General Manager to make sure all brand standards are being kept and followed. Responsible for new hire orientation of all employees, including training tracking and certification. I work with the Revenue Manger to ensure our rates and inventory are consistent and match our comp sets. Work with the GM to ensure our Brand Standards are up to date for Quality Assurance inspections. Responsible for monthly safety meetings and front desk meetings. Work closely with the Hilton HHonors program to ensure guests are getting their points as well as training agents on the various programs and promotions. Responsible for working with our Sales department to be aware of groups and any fluctuation in rates. Responsible for hiring and training of front desk agents and shuttle service employees.
