- Led & Managed Global Customer Set Up process.
- Pilot for BOLT Oracle implementation in PGBU. Completed the process improvement project for Oracle customer account set up that reduced the number of bottlenecks from 6 to 0 and process flow from 7 to 2 working days.

- Supported continual Global Customer Master data reporting and analytics.
- Responsible for creation, enhancement and delivery of accurate Key Metrics measures across functional senior audience on monthly basis in timely manner.
