Develop and institute daily production schedule; monitoring product flow from raw materials to finished goods. Professional Summary, Objectives and Goals

From the start of my professional career over ten years ago, I have been striving to improve my abilities, skills, experience and education.  I am continuously seeking opportunities to develop myself and my career through education, networking and good old fashioned hard work.  The pursuit and completion of my M.B.A. is a true indicator of that willingness and desire.  I would eventually like to pursue further certifications, such as the CPA, CPIM, CFA and/or CMA.   Having said that, my education plays second to my willingness to roll up my sleeves and get dirty - to do whatever it takes to get a job done as efficiently and effectively as possible. 

Professionally, I have spent the past two years performing in various challenging roles within Pentair Water Filtration.  I decided to pursue the opportunity at Pentair as a means to enhance my skills and knowledge.  I also wanted to gain further experience in both a manufacturing environment and in an operational role.  I looked at the position as a challenge; something to take me out of my comfort zone.  I spent the first year working as a Supply Chain and Materials Manager for our Hebron, KY distribution center.  I was based out of Wisconsin and traveled extensively throughout the United States and Mexico.  I worked on the closure of a production facility, movement of production lines and the establishment of a new warehouse facility.  Upon a decision to maintain my residence in Ohio, I was offered the opportunity to be challenged in several positions within our Chardon production facility.  I have worked on projects that involved developing a SIOP process, EPEI/Scheduling Wheel, updating and maintaining a PFEP as well as functioning as a buyer, planner and scheduler. 

Throughout my career, I have taken on increasingly challenging positions and have served in many leadership roles.  I have been able to develop a portfolio that is broad; have experience in many different industries and areas of business ranging from finance and accounting to marketing and sales and even to law and research.  I have experience in performing functions such as reporting and analysis, process improvement, system implementations and project management.

I have strong career goals and am incredibly passionate and motivated to achieve these goals.  I would enjoy being able to be an integral part of a team that makes a positive difference in an organization's culture and operations. I would also enjoy being able to continue to lead a highly motivated group of passionate team members.  I have been fortunate enough in the past to function as a leader and would enjoy continuing in that leadership role. Being able to watch employees grow and develop their skills while acting as a mentor and leader is something that inspires me. Through hard work and dedication, I would like to become a C-Level executive as an ultimate career goal.
