Analyze, plan and manage the PFEP material flow in the supermarket while tracking parts delivered and part shortages. Develop and institute daily production schedule; monitoring product flow from raw materials to finished goods. Develop and implement strategies to keep inventory at a minimum and production at proper levels while maintaining cost reductions and without sacrificing customer satisfaction.
