Senior Technical Support Analyst
- Supervise a team of technical professionals to provide support to over 1000 users on various business applications including Microsoft Office and the Cisco VPN client.
- Maintain Active Directory and Microsoft Exchange accounts for users.
- Track trouble calls through Track-It software and assign calls to technicians based on their skills and availability.
- Dell certified technician.
- Utilize Symantec Ghost to image PC's for deployment.
- Create instructional documentation on various applications and procedures to ensure ease of operation for our end users.
- Perform regular maintenance on PC based computer systems as well a variety of printers.
- Maintain and troubleshoot network related issues.
- Interact well with all levels of users on a daily basis.
