A mixed function of business management, market development and sales operation management. Responsible for team building to handle Chinese domestic and International Branding/Marketing of the company's products in to the key industries it services.
Layout of the company's Branding/Marketing and Key Client strategy includes all aspects of developing and maintaining these strategies to meet organizational objectives.
Extensive visits to national branches and company key client list for product promotion and staff training programs. Weekly liaison with Sales, their key clients and joint venture prospects for product and project co-operation includes negotiation/ promotion with Chinese national and MNC clients.
From this I have developed a strong understanding of our Chinese customer base, market dynamics and JV requirements.

• Built a Marketing team and formulated a new After-sales team.
