I worked with Developmentally Disabled adults and young adults in finding meaningful employment. Within four months I had found employment for 15 individuals, which is 300% more than had been procured in the previous 2 years. I am passionate about this business, but due to budget cuts, the project was suspended. 

 Additional business development procured: LSP/St. Paul Chamber awarded (project and proposal creation), Special Olympics partnership, UpSwing: Charity of the month (3/10),Saint Paul Saints partnership, Best Buy partnership (through WOLF),Website development and mentoring (June 2010 rollout), TC North Chamber: Minnesota Wild and Timberwolves affiliation.

Managed: Internal Staff(5-10 FT, w/20+ consultants): sales, accounting, marketing, IT and customer service. Consultants: pattern development, prototype creations, marketing, vendor relations, corporate relations and brand marketing. Acquired Skills: International trade, Import/Export Government relations. Manufacturing-(within the US and internationally) operation supervision, spec. development, deliverables and timetables, costs and inventory(processing, shipping, warehousing and distribution) Networking Portfolio: Built from 500 to 1000+, including Fortune 100 and 500 corporations.(Domestic and International Trade).
