  • Relocated from the Maryland/ DC region.
  • Manages business development and growth strategy team  for assigned territory.
  • Interacts with all levels of management, including Board of Directors, C-Suite, Senior Vice Presidents and Program Directors.
  • Collaborates with development team to develop and implement grant management fundraising operations, processes and systems for all revenue generating teams.

  • Serves on the New Business team as part of the strategy team that defines, refines and executes campaigns, plans and programs to support implementation of approved initiatives and the creation of collateral.

  • Utilized company mandated forms of transportation for extensive sales conferences and events.
  • Managed product promotion and achievement of sales goals for assigned territory
  • Sourced and supervised  at least 25  sales subcontractors at any given time.
