Member of senior management team in charge of managed solutions business which has grown from £50m to £120m/year over a 3-year period. Key elements in achieving this have been developing an in-house system, a rich management information model and a professional implementation approach (all of which I planned, executed and product-manage) allowing us to be seen as the market-leader in these areas. I applied my experience of responding to large multi-national (£200m plus) bids to transform the sales approach, augmenting the existing USPs with these new leading-edge systems and professional implementations. Operationally, I now manage the implementation team, the reporting team, the application support team and the development team that underpin the business.

In charge of design, bidding and implementation of leading-edge HR solutions for pan-European clients of Manpower EMEA and Elan Computing (the IT Recruitment subsidiary of Manpower). Implementations included HP EMEA, ThalesUK, Texas Instruments France, SclumbergerSema UK and NHSIA.

Concurrently with the client Programmes, I ran 3 internal aggressive Programmes of Change to cut back-office costs by 40% in one year. I also introduced PRINCE2 into the organisation and created skilled project teams to support the sales pipeline. I was one of the European leads on the Global “Future Vision” programme to formulate the strategy for IT application development and implementation.
