Impellam Group

Member of senior management team in charge of managed solutions business which has grown from £50m to £120m/year over a 3-year period. Key elements in achieving this have been developing an in-house system, a rich management information model and a professional implementation approach (all of which I planned, executed and product-manage) allowing us to be seen as the market-leader in these areas. I applied my experience of responding to large multi-national (£200m plus) bids to transform the sales approach, augmenting the existing USPs with these new leading-edge systems and professional implementations.
