  • Co-founded Rocky Mountain Technology Group, a software consulting firm with 30 employees.
  • Project Manager for the RMTG games development studio to create the first Windows based keno game system in cooperation with the State of Montana. Managed a team of 3D artists, 2D artists, sound designers, and programmers to deliver a modular C++ game engine with multiple front end graphic designs.
  • Quality Assurance Manager on the Albertsons / Sav-On Drugs pharmacy system including initiation of contact, business requirements discovery, test plan, test cases, quality assurance automation.
  • Created job requirements, hired and managed a quality assurance engineering team.
  • Provided management oversight including the coordination of workers, materials, and equipment; ensuring specifications are being met; and work is on schedule and within budget.
  • Designed and implemented product business plans, project parameters, and strategy documents for potential business opportunities including the outlining of key resource requirements, timelines, pricing and positioning.

Systems Integration

Rainier Technology

Became accomplished in the entire Microsoft BackOffice suite and assisted clients in planning and deploying Microsoft solutions both hardware and software. Supported development team through installation and support of BackOffice internally. Worked on site for GMAC/RFC (General Motors) in Universal City, CA for a large NT migration project. Rainier Technology was purchased by Compaq in 2002 .



Expression Center for New Media
