TMS CSOT (Customer Shipped on Time) and SOT (Shipped on Time) Coding Trainer

  • Trained all Shipment Planners & Logistics Coordinators as well as Operations Manager on CSOT and SOT data pulls, proper data coding, and data analysis
  • By adopting proper coding techniques up-to-date and accurate data was, for the first time, available for analysis allowing for the identification of weak or problematic sectors of the supply chain. This data allowed for cost saving measures to be put into place
