A graduate of Temple University School of Pharmacy, Dr Dennis Harrsch graduated with his Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy in 1983. Dr.Harrsch was elected to the Rho Chi Society, the national honor society in Pharmacy, due to his distinguished academic achievements. In 1986, he was accepted into the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine and graduated four years later with a Doctor of Osteopathy. Dr.Dennis Harrsch interned at Sacred Heart Medical Center in Chester, Pennsylvania, from 1990 to 1991. That same year he began a residency in anesthesiology at Suburban General Hospital before beginning his residency in allopathic family practice at Abington Memorial Hospital. After completing his training in 1994, Dr.Dennis Harrsch established a medical practice in Springfield, Pennsylvania, at DeCaro and Harrsch Family Practice, PC, and served there for the next five years. In 1999, Dr. Dennis Harrsch started a new practice, Springfield Family Practice and Sports Medicine. In 2008, Dr. Dennis Harrsch accepted his present position as a medical physician at Norristown State Hospital in Pennsylvania. He has participated in numerous research studies, such as his participation in a study on the use of eletriptan in the acute treatment of migraines in primary care practice.
