  • Following up with Contractors & the Property team for the Store completion in regards to Electrical Units /AC /Painting /Flooring /Furniture /Elevators /Escalators /etc until complete handover of the store to the General Manager.

  • New joiners regarding their Welcome To Alshaya, Accommodation & transportation and in allocating their training location in various Alshaya stores,

  • Processing of Hardware requests for the store with the IT department as per the Levels of Authority
  • Organizing for new staff their Uniforms allocation/Lockers/Personal file and handling Managers tasks in their absence with regards to Terminations/Resignations ePAFs, Employee clearance forms & other miscellaneous issues
  • Preparing Floats and checking all cash floats, handing over the documented float to the cashier, DSSR/Status & related Sales Reports, Update the Banking Reports for Finance, Write off for Expired Stock/Damaged/Wastage to be documented
  • Escalate issues to the Management and ensure that all the issues are resolved within the stipulated time frame e.g. Maintenance /Property issues reporting to Facilities/IT service desk/Loss prevention etc.
  • Register Customer feedbacks on My AEP, Health & Safety Inspection checklist, Audit file review updated copy of Affidavits Key Authorization.
  • Health & Safety Checklists & Daily routine checks for maintaining proper hygiene also ensuring that all licenses are up to date Fire, Trading, Authorized Signatures, Health/baladiya, etc
