·Lead and supervised 3 to 5 front-line supervisors, and teams up to 150 hourly associates in the Picking department within the Fulfillment Center during Peak and non-Peak season.  Responsible for the overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of all operations in the Picking department.

logistical hub centers, in support of Operation IRAQI FREEDOM in Kyrgyzstan.

·Volunteered for difficult remote posting, earned Special Agent of the Quarter—selected amongst

45 more experienced peers.

·Promoted to the Chief of Personnel Security Investigations for the United Kingdom—expedited

USAF members’ clearances by clearing the backlog of 1,000+ cases in four months—manpower

savings of $30K to the U.S. Air Force.

·Directed 4-man unit supporting 1,500+ personnel at six U.S. Air Force bases across nine 

counties in the United Kingdom.Selected for commander role, typically reserved for much higher

ranking officer, due to outstanding team building skills. Increased case production by 60% from

previous year, authored 36% of investigative case reporting.

·Resolved 10 criminal cases successfully, provided vital linguistic capabilities to the USAF

resources; earned 51st Field Investigative Officer of the Year for 2004—selected amongst 10 senior

special agents for excelling at all investigative tasks and producing solid case results.
