Brand Activations Specialist

- Responsible for Coordinating and monitoring marketing activations in two zones (10 regions) of Tanzania by aligning and directly supervising the Regional sales managers to implement the BTL activities.
- Implementing and measure the Below the Line marketing activities.
- Run the marketing and product pilots
- Coordinate the merchandising of marketing materials Align with the media house for media buying (Radios, Print and TV)
- Monitor and analyse the inbound calls traffic sources and volume in our telesales department
- Taking ownership of marketing costs per lead and per sale (that accrue from all marketing activities and merchandised marketing materials for the two zones of my responsibilities.
- Manage the digital platforms for Mobisol (Social media platforms and whole digital advertising)
- The lead contact in evaluating the digital marketing proposals Responsible for developing new marketing channels
