  • Led global teams on the design, development and deployment of a fast. user-friendly automated global remote access network.
  • Managed technology assessment process, implementation and deployment of standardized network hard (e.g. 3COM, Ascend, Shiva & Cisco) and software (Radius) remote access system platforms globally.
  • Managed the infrastructure and integration of networks and business applications tools for mergers, new office expansion; managed vendor relationships and infrastructure deployment.

  • Saved $4.2 million a year by designing, implementing and deploying a value added remote access service. Project was executed by managing global cross-functional teams.
  •  Saved $200,000 annually in network infrastructure and increased revenue by $500,000 annually by directing the design, development and deployment of Department Motor Vehicle infrastructure network.  Network infrastructure increased capacity production throughput, eliminate redundant computer network and increased productivity sales transactions of products and services.
  • Increased retention by 10%, revenue by 2% and customer satisfaction top box score to77.7% by designing, developing and implementing cross-sell/up-sell training curriculum for 1,435 field sales employees and 560 contact center employees.
  • Reduced the loss of risk management exposure by 25% to 75 branch offices by directing the design, development and deployment of AAA 1st Cashiering e-learning (web-base) training curriculum for front-line staff and management.
  • Directed change management process and deployed an Avaya VoIP system (replacing 30 year  phone system).
