My mission is to define and solve the right problems, build long-term enterprise value, think outside of the box, shape the future, inspire people, invent new possibilities, and lead ethically yet strategically.

With the various positions I have fulfilled in my career, I have collectively garnered over 10 years experience in designing, developing, implementing, and delivering training and supporting business growth and continuity.

Business impact analysis was part of my role as operations manager at Ontario Stars, I had to determine and evaluate the potential effects of an interruption to critical business operations implement plans to ensure that we remained operating as a well oiled machine.

Table top exercises were done on a regular basis when I was a Inside Sales Representative at Rogers Communications, we always had a team strategy to ensure we meet our targets and overcome any possible obstacles.

At Telus, alongside being a Sales Representative, I volunteered to be in charge of Health and Safety which included emergency management. I was responsible for conducting monthly health and safety checks to smoke alarms, fire alarm, eye wash station, and fire extinguishers. I was also responsible for training new staff in health & safety procedures and  emergency protocol.

When I worked in the the wireless mobility industry, I had to partake in fraud prevention training which has many parallels to Threat and Risk Assessment . We had table top exercises to work as a team to discuss and implement loss and fraud prevention strategies.
