PassionArts aims to provide superior level of tele services, in both English and French, to the non-profit sector with primary focus on the performing arts. At PassionArts, I promoted, sold and secured orders from existing and prospective NAC customers in anticipation of the upcoming season
As a costumer service rep, I provided general account, billing, and technical support to customers as well as voicing any concerns and processing service orders. At Millenium1, I was able to exceed costumer expectations in a manner that complies with policies, practices and procedures by assuring quality service. This quality service was obtained by accurately assessing and responding to customer needs, using sound judgment and flexibility when recommending appropriate solutions.
This is a 5-year program that provides with a double bachelor in Biochemistry and Chemical Engineering. Current GPA : 7.2/10 equivalent to B+
Centre de Douance (Gifted program)
Students who do exceptionally well on the Otis-Lennon School Ability Test (OLSAT) are admitted into this program. This is an adapted secondary program for gifted students.
Raise money and awareness for the Canadian Cancer Society by participating in a 12 hour fundraising walking marathon. I have been participating every year since the start of my postsecondary studies
The Balance Project is a social enterprise by social entrepreneurial students at the University of Ottawa.
Our mission is to provide students with the decisions to make conscious consumer choices. I am responsible for keeping in touch with our suppliers. I stay up to date with the needs of the customers and facilitate that through our merchandise. Touch base with other members with their sales and anything else they need help with.
Assisting the physiotherapists to help run the programs developed for the clients that need help with rehabilitation of the muscles and balance.
