Theta Chi Fraternity, Iota Lambda Chapter

  • Appointed the Community Service Chairman for the Fall 2011 semester.  As Community Service Chairman I communicated upcoming community service events to the chapter, organized community service events and opportunities for the Chapter, and contacted community organizations for community service opportunities.  In addition, for the first time ever I held Brothers accountable for their uncompleted community service hours by fining them as it clearly states in our local bylaws.
  • Elected the Scholarship Chairman from the end of Fall 2011 to Fall 2012.  As Scholarship Chairman I established a scholarship plan to assist Brothers in their academics, arranged several speakers to come to speak with the Brothers to assist them in their academics, and appointed an academic Advisor to assist the Chapter in academic excellence.  During my time as Scholarship Chairman the Chapter received the highest GPA out of all 7 fraternities on campus.  In addition, it was also the highest GPA the Chapter had ever received in our own brief 5 year history.
